   I have always believed, that one must try to keep an open mind. As you age there are moments when that becomes difficult. But because I have good freinds who tell me the truth, I am able to over come in part the problems I have faced in the last few weeks.
   Thanks again for your kindness, and I am sure your right in that forgiving yourself is a big step. Sadly because I lost my dear daughter, and other's knew she was dying but failed to tell me, it's going to take time. Kind regards John

   I think the best way to accept the past and prepare for the future is to live each day determined to accomplish something, no matter how small, and to find some happiness in something, no matter how small. Our lives are made up in moments. Usually it's the smallest moments we remember that bring us the most joy. A look, a smile, a hug, a word someone gave us that we look back on and fill with happiness over that remembrance.

   Thanks Caria, yes things are beginning to settle, and look better. I have always believed that out of Tragedy you look for reasons, and then use those reason to learn from.

   Life is one big learning curve, and you must always face Triumph and Disaster, but treat both as impostors just the same.
